Potable water tanks
Food-grade waterproofing for overhead tanks, underground sumps, and treated water storage. Systems compliant with applicable food-contact codes. Crystalline waterproofing and food-grade epoxy coatings depending on tank type and water chemistry.

Swimming pools
Polyurethane and crystalline systems certified for continuous water contact and chlorinated environments. Treatment of pool shell, expansion joints, and skimmer junctions. Compatible with standard pool finishes including tile and plaster.

Basements and below-grade structures
Externally applied membrane systems combined with internally applied crystalline waterproofing for habitable basements. Bentonite systems where water table or soil conditions require.

Industrial floors and process areas
Chemical-resistant coatings, epoxy systems, and polyurethane for process areas exposed to spills, foot traffic, and equipment loads. Specification follows the chemical environment, not a generic floor coating call.
Expansion joints in long-span structures
Specialised elastomeric joint systems for buildings with continuous movement or large structural spans. Field-coat-over-joint is the most common waterproofing failure on long-span buildings. We treat the joint as its own system.
ETP and STP linings
Effluent treatment plant and sewage treatment plant tank linings using chemical-resistant systems calibrated to the effluent chemistry. Detail design coordinated with the plant designer and the operating chemistry profile.
When standard fails
When a national brand or local applicator could not solve it.
We are often called in after two or three other contractors have failed on the same site. The pattern is recognisable: multiple coats applied and removed, and the substrate itself is now compromised.
Industrial water tank
Telangana
A 200,000 litre treated water tank had been coated three times in five years with different systems. We assessed the substrate, identified that the previous coats were chemically incompatible with each other, and rebuilt the system with a single specified crystalline waterproofing. Tank held its certification through the following commissioning cycle.
Swimming pool
Hyderabad
A residential pool had been re-treated twice after construction. Water loss was tracked at over 200 litres a day from the shell. We diagnosed expansion joint failure at the floor-to-wall transition and rebuilt the joint detail. Water loss is now within commissioning tolerance.
Basement habitable space
Sangareddy
A converted basement office had recurring dampness despite three prior attempts at internal coating. The diagnosis identified lateral water table pressure that internal coating could not address. We coordinated with the structural team for a combined external membrane plus internal crystalline approach. Space has remained dry through subsequent monsoons.

Do you handle pool waterproofing during construction or only post-construction?
Both. Pre-construction pool waterproofing is preferred because the shell can be treated cleanly before tile or plaster finishes go on. Post-construction is possible where the existing finish allows access to the underlying shell. We assess on site.
My ETP tank lining is failing. Can you re-line it?
Usually yes. ETP re-lining depends on the existing tank condition, the effluent chemistry, and whether the plant can be taken offline for the lining work. Send us the effluent profile and a recent maintenance report and we will share what we recommend.
Can you do work that requires shutdown coordination on an active site?
Yes. Most water tank and process-area work happens within scheduled shutdown windows. We work to the site's operating calendar and coordinate execution to minimise downtime.
Are your specialised systems backed by the same 5-year warranty?
Yes for most applications. Pool waterproofing carries a 5-year warranty under normal operating conditions. ETP and chemical exposure systems carry a warranty calibrated to the chemical environment, typically 3 to 5 years, with the term documented on the warranty certificate.
